Hi there, I have a couple of coworkers signing up for BOINC and some of the projects. We created a team for our employees to join so we could keep track of our cumulative total.

One of our guys signed up the other day and has about 5,000 credits, but when you view his profile, it says zero (0). His BOINC android app shows the correct amount, but his profile (and our team stats) don't reflect that.

Is there something we can do to fix this?

And I'm posting for him because it won't let users "without credits" post on the forums. It also gives the option to watch a video in order to post, but the video link seems to be broken :(

Thanks in advance!

Hi Ryan,

That's really weird. Could you give me his user name so I can take a look at it, and try and figure out the bug?

Sure thank you for your reply!

His name is George McMillan.

Do you need his email address, or something else?

Thanks!!!

So I found the problem. He's most likely logged in as the wrong user.

There are two 'George McMillan' in the database (not quite sure how on earth that happened), one has 0 credit, and the other has 5k credit. They have different emails.

If he logs in with his georgemcmillan@yahoo.com email address as opposed to his georgemcmillan31@yahoo.com address, he should be able to post in the forums. If he wants I can delete the account without credit (have him send me an email at travis.desell@gmail.com), then he should be able to go into the account with credit and update the email address if he'd like.
