I was just working on mosaic 44 in for the UAS Estimating Snow Geese project when I received this error:

"MYSQL Error (1054): Unknown column 'is_completed' in 'field list', query: UPDATE mosaic_user_status SET is_completed=1 WHERE user_id=137976 AND mosaic_image_id=46"

I tried the other two projects, however they are no longer showing images (no errors, just no image).

Hope you can correct this, I was just about to finish that mosaic!

Thanks! Forwarded this on the Marshall, hopefully we'll figure out what's going on.

Update:

The 2 Hudson Bay projects are working.
The UAS Estimating Snow Geese project has a new error:
"Error! Unable to find an available image for project_id=5 . "

(I should note that after research, it appears that I was actually working on a mosaic at the time an update to code was made a couple of days ago).

cheers,
g

Thanks for the feedback, Gibson.

I'm working today on trying to isolate the issue with the UAS interface and appreciate your feedback. Will have an update for you later today.

For now, the two other projects should be working as intended.

Hi Marshall,

How goes the UAS interface? I checked it a few days ago, it let me finish my mosaic .. and then returned to "Error! Unable to find an available image for project_id=5 . "

Thanks,
g

Gibson,

I've tried to replicate the error, and everything *looks* like it should be handing you another mosaic image to go through.

Could you try again and let me know if the issue is still there? I'm working on going through and restructuring the code a little to make it more maintainable when I'm not on the project anymore, which should also help uncover any errors such as this.

Hi Marshall! Sorry, been a few days since I checked in. Yes, it handed me mosaic 51 a couple of days ago or so.

I have been slow to go through it though .. I haven't found any geese in the first 100 images and that is very strange. It may be that the set is from very high up. I will try to work my way through it to see if the error recurs after the final image .. though that is still 700 images away.

if the error recurs after the final image ..

Unfortunately, the error recurred after the final image in mosaic #51. :-(( (and yes, I finally found some geese)

Also I noticed you removed the "Skip" button from the interface, which I think is good. I never knew what it was to be used for.

There is another nagging problem that DoctorNow has reported:
.. another problem.. when you have made bird selections and the next image contains nothing, you can't press "there's nothing here". It then is necessary to mark a blind spot and remove the selection to make the button available.

This still exists and over the course of several hundred images is more than a little frustrating.

I don't mean to nag but the error "Error! Unable to find an available image for project_id=5 . " still exists

Give it a try now. Should be resolved and just posted a notification about it.

Thanks for your patience.

I think I am cursed ..
Went to the UAS Snow Geese Project, opened no problem ( well, other than the mosaic is 1090 images which is incredibly daunting! ). 5 frames in I find a goose and I select it .. and the box to enter info pops ups with no species selected (it's blank). Click the drop down .. no species of any sort show up.

At this point I exited.

Actually, it appears the problem is broader than UAS and affects all three image viewing projects. When you have created a box around the target, the species dropdown box has no info. The one time I tried to submit a selection in this fashion it was not accepted (in fact, clicking submit did nothing at all).
