This shoudl be fixed. The hard drive filled up again!

I'm working on a more permanent solution to this, which hopefully will roll out in the next couple weeks.

If you can get the "Workunits waiting for assimilation 1,892" number down, would that free up some disk space? I have the same issue uploading ("out of disk space") with all DNA workunits.

Greetings,

Would the donation of a hard drive or an external disk facility of modest proportions address the issue?

Adam....

Received data should be proccessed and stored elsewhere (another partition or even an other server -virtual or physical).

This is actually the fix we're working on. CSG is going to move to a virtual server on a new VM cluster hosted by the campus, and it will be connected to our high performance storage system (the same place the Wildlife@Home video is stored), so one that's done we'll be able to save DNA@Home results there.

Greetings,

I have a NVIDIA GPU that is not processing anything at the moment. If CSG has some work units that could benefit from the GPU approach, feel free to make them available...

Later....

Currently working on a new Wildlife@Home application which should be able to eventually use some GPUs. Unfortunately, the DNA@Home algorithm won't get much benefit from a GPU.
